Founded in 2021, Nth Wonder is an Indonesian-based food technology company dedicated to unlocking the full potential of the Indonesian Kenari nut — building a regenerative, circular model with versatile food and cosmetics applications.
Our planet needs our help. And that can seem overwhelming — but nothing worthwhile is supposed to be easy. We believe every person on earth can contribute to making our home better. We believe we can nurture nature as nature has nurtured us.
Our journey started with a simple belief: healthier food for a healthier planet. That's why we created Nth Wonder — a regenerative, vegan, dairy-alternative food company dedicated to protecting our forests and planting more trees, built on an ingredient that has fed local communities in Indonesia for centuries.
The Kenari nut is extraordinary: grown without pesticides, fertilizers, or irrigation; rich in healthy fats, Vitamin E, protein, and essential amino acids; fully circular in its processing; and capable of sequestering approximately 10 tons of CO₂ per tree per year. It was, until we built Selvato, almost entirely unknown to the world beyond Indonesia.

Founded in Hong Kong with a mission to unlock the commercial potential of the Indonesian Kenari nut. Completed the Brinc and MassChallenge accelerator programs and completed pre-seed funding round.
Completed R&D development of MVP gelato and cream cheese. Launched Kenari nut New York style cheesecakes and gelato in local cafes in Indonesia. Featured by BBC News as "the little-known nut that may save at-risk rainforests." Also featured by Galileo (ProSieben), F&B Asia, and Green Queen. Showcased at international food innovation exhibitions (Food Hack, Bridge2Food summit).
Showcased at Europe's largest food ingredient exhibition (Fi Europe, Frankfurt). Provisional US patent filed.
Selvato soft-serve and gelato powder pre-mix formula finalised. First production run of over 100kg completed.
Initiated R&D trials with major international food companies for the expansion of the soft-serve, gelato and patisserie product lines.
Patent registered for our proprietary Kenari nut vegan ice cream process. Launch of Selvato soft-serve at FHTB Bali exhibition in partnership with Singabera.
